5 Winning Formula Inspired by Joshua

The winning formula.

Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people: Go through the camp and tell the people, get provisions ready for yourself, for within 3 days you will be crossing the Jordan to go in and take possession of the land the Lord your God is giving you to inherit. Joshua 1:10-11

The book of Joshua gives us the winning formula for successfully occupying territory that God has promised we will inherit. As a founder, owner, or leader in business, this territory could be new areas of business or renewed relationships with the people assigned to be with you on this next leg of your journey through Work and life.

Here's a 5 step formula inspired by Joshua that will help you prepare for success at Work every time.

1) Do what is necessary to get provisions ready for success to be around the corner in what you're working to achieve. Don't be caught off-guard when success comes your way.

2) Empower your team to position your clients and customers for success. Stop trying to do it all yourself.

3) Expect to harvest what you've sown in previous seasons and feel the impact of success in all areas of your life and Work. Your time is now.

4) Prepare your team, clients, and customers to experience rapid success. When you are successful, you bring a level of success to everyone around you.

5) Be joyful and self-disciplined on the journey of taking full possession of all that God promised you'll inherit.

SO agree about bringing success to those around you! When you take the time to focus not only on yourself but on those around you, the positive vibes will flow so much easier too. And doesn’t it just feel good when everyone gets to experience joy and happiness in their business 🙂
