Faithgineering is the practice of designing and creating products, systems, and technologies that reflect the values of faith and contribute to the common good.
Faithgineers, similar to engineers, are skilled in both the technical aspects of business leadership and the principles of faith. They are guided by the idea that their gifts make room for them (Proverbs 18:16), and that they have a responsibility to use those gifts to serve others (1 Peter 4:10). By combining their expertise with a knowledge of faith, faithgineers can create organizations that are more inclusive, sustainable, and socially responsible.
Faithgineering is built on the faith, focus, and flow methodology for business building, which emphasizes the importance of aligning one's actions with one's faith and purpose. By focusing on the principles of Philippians 4:8 and the biblical idea that our gifts make room for us, faithgineers can create organizations that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy, and that provide opportunities for all to thrive.
