The FAITH Formula for success in business.

God wants each of us to do everything decently and in order (1 Corinthians 14:40) and with excellence as if we are doing it unto Him (Colossians 3:23).

We are Ambassadors of Christ and His messengers (2 Corinthians 5:20). This is true for each of us in our individual capacities and in business too.

As ambassadors for Christ, what people see and experience when interacting with us directly influences what they think about the Lord we serve.

LOVE fuels our Work as messengers for Christ in the world of business, FAITH sustains it.

In our personal lives, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of which is not yet seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

In business, I teach our clients The FAITH Formula to guide decisions and actions as we activate our faith. The FAITH Formula provides a framework for complying with our corporate responsibilities and kingdom-building mandate.

The FAITH Formula

F: Focus

• Corporate Responsibility: Focus on who, what, when, where, and how.
• Kingdom-Building: Focus on impact and influence.

A. Alignment

• Corporate Responsibility: Align with core values and guiding principles.
• Kingdom Building: Align with Christ-centered character and fruit of the Spirit.

I. Instill Integrity

• Corporate Responsibility: Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Kingdom-Building: Optimize systems and processes for excellence.

T. Test and Verify

• Corporate Responsibility: Ensure marketing statements, promises, and testimonials are accurate.
• Kingdom-Building: Add value and increase it at every opportunity. Build-in surprises that delight and create a transformational experience for those who invest the currency of their time, attention, or money with you.

H. Humble Spirit, Generous Heart

• Corporate Responsibility: Respect the intellectual property of others and protect your intellectual property too!
• Kingdom-Building: Recognize, celebrate, and award the contribution of others.

Activate your Christ-centered, biblically-sound, business thinking.
