Someone needs you.

When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” Now when He heard this, He said, “It is not those who are well who need a doctor, but those who are sick. Matthew 9:12

Your Work as a leader in business provides the medicine someone needs.

  • Be bold and courageous in using your gifts, your skills, your talents, your voice, your platform, and your wisdom.
  • Do not be discouraged or distracted by what you hear or see from those people you are not called to serve.

There will always be distractors and discouragers. Some of these folks are haters, and others are people who love you but were not trusted with the vision God gave YOU to steward.

Most importantly, there is always someone (and someones – lol) in need of the impact of your Work. There is still someone whose ability to do their Work is heavily impacted by your discipline and diligence in doing YOUR Work. Do not disappoint these people.

We are all connected. Focus on the people who need the medicine your Work provides, not those people who question your call to deliver it.

Christ-Centered, Biblically-Minded, Business Thinking:

Do what you are called to do, so that those who need your Work can be transformed by it.
