Keys to spreading perfect peace.

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3.

As a founder, owner, or leader in business, your attitude and demeanor set the tone for the corporate culture at Work in your business or organization.

Be intentional about creating a culture that reflects disciplined urgency and deep peace. This type of culture is important in times of abundance and when things are challenging so that your Work through business has a consistent internal flow that is not at the mercy of environmental changes out of your control.

Here’s how to spread a deep peace flow at Work:

When you feel your emotions rising, be still.

  • Remind yourself that God is God, and you are not God.
  • Refocus your attention on being a vessel through which others experience the character of Christ at Work in business.
  • Be at peace in exciting and challenging times, knowing that God sees you, God loves you, and God will keep you when your mind stays focused on him.

When you move about your day interacting with others with a disciplined approach and peaceful flow, those you lead will follow.

Now that you know, what will you do?

  • It’s so easy to lose your head when you’re overly excited/ecstatic or upset. By remaining peaceful, things stay more calm and clear and poor decisions are not as likely to be made.

  • This is really speaking to me right now as our country braces for the corona virus outbreak pandemic, and the uncertainties that lie ahead. Always keep the peace! Worrying and getting out of control never served anyone.
