Be Still & Know

Now is your best time to ‘be still and know.' Let's get into how quiet moments of reflection and meditation can unlock Divine answers and wisdom for your journey through the marketplace and life.

Connect to your faith.

As we move forward celebrating wins and recalibrating after losses, I'm encouraged by Psalm 46:10 and hope you are, too.

Scripture says quite simply, yet profoundly: “Be still, and know that I am God.”

In the midst of our busy lives, it's important to carve out time to sit quietly with God, allowing Him to guide us and fill us with His peace.

  • Save

One of my absolute favorite places to be still and reflect is on the grounds of the. The image I'm sharing herein captures an evening on the grounds of the Cathedral in which I was (and still am) filled with deep gratitude for what God has done and is still doing at FaithFocusFlow® Global. I'll share more about these incredible things and how they benefit you within the next week or two. Stay tuned, and get ready to be excited!

How About You? Where do you go when you want to get away and soak in the presence of the Lord? I'd love to hear about your special place.

Focus on what really matters.

As you navigate today and the days ahead, consider living out these principles to maintain connection to your purpose and live out your ‘calling' through the presence and power of Holy Spirit:

  • Stay Calm: Maintain your peace (regardless of whether you are experiencing a win or loss) and allow God to work here on the earth through you and your experiences.
  • Be Aware: Recognize the presence of God in every situation.
  • Be Grateful: Count your blessings, both large and small.
  • Praise: Worship God for who He is and what He's doing in your life right now, in addition to what's to come.
  • Listen: Be attentive to God's voice and His wisdom.
  • Obey: Act on what God is instructing you to do with diligence and faith, knowing it is already done.

Find your flow

In your quiet moments with God, let these principles flow through you, creating space to be your most authentic self in order to do the Work (with a capital W) to which God has called you.

If you want to share your progress with someone, I'm here for you. Comment below to let me know what's up & Team #FaithFocusFlow, and I will join you in prayer.

And now, let's pray

Dear God.

We come before You in gratitude for Your unending love and guidance. We ask for the discipline to sit still and soak in Your presence, for the discernment to hear Your voice, and for the courage to act on Your instructions. Let Your will be done in our lives.

Amen.
