This is especially important as we transition from a period of reflection in this month of August to an upcoming season filled with powerful, courageous, and graceful action.
FOCUS on the transition.
The transition into fall is an invitation to shift gears from a relaxed and reflective state back into deliberate forward movement. If you're expanding your team or adjusting your business strategies for the year-end and the new year ahead, focus on aligning everyone with your vision and values.
