Do You Know What They Want?



So he [the blind man sitting by the road] called out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Luke 18:38


People are calling out to your business. Who are they? Look around.

Who buys your goods?

Who invests in your services?

Who interacts with your brand on social media?

Who reads your newsletters?

Who watches and comments on your broadcasts (live streaming and podcasts)?

Who shows up at your special events?

Who sends emails?

Who uses your coupons?

Who sends referrals your way?


Pay attention to the people around you.

Jesus stopped and commanded that he be brought to him. When he came closer, he asked him, What do you want me to do for you? Luke 18:40

Notice that Jesus did not assume or ask anyone else what the man wanted, He went directly to the person calling out and asked .. “What do you what me to do for you?”

Follow the lead set by Jesus in your own business.


Ask your target audience, ideal clients, current clients and past clients what they want from your business, programs, products, services and YOU too.

Here are a few ways to do it:

Send an email.

Use comment cards.

Create a poll.

Send a survey.

Pick up the phone and make telephone calls.


Your business will be stronger, do more good and generate more revenue when you know exactly what the people who are called to you need and want AND you deliver it.

The best way to know is to ask.
