Put people first.

So he went to her, took her hand and helped her up. The fever left her and she began to wait on them. Mark 1:31

Your biggest supporters will often come from those transformed by the impact of your Work. These precious people will help to expand your influence within your industry.

The greater your impact, the more expansive your influence, the higher your income.

Here's how to flow into this type of increase:

  • Be committed to excellence.
  • Focus on providing exceptional value.
  • Build your tribe (which can include your team) from those who have benefited from the impact of your discipline at Work.

Activate your Christ-centered, biblically-sound, business thinking.

Focus on serving people first (staff & clients & stakeholders), knowing that an ever-increasing number of transformed people will result in a growing number of folks ready to do what they can to lead your Work in business to sustainable profitability.
