As leaders, it's easy to frame our behavior and limit ourselves to our known capabilities.
Today and in the weeks ahead, go beyond what you think is possible and stretch yourself to do what you know God is calling you to do.
Going beyond requires a deep “knowing” that your Work is not just about you or for you. Your Work is to richly provide for your needs, wants, and desires and bring forth the purpose of the One who created you.
Because you are called by God, you can trust God to provide what you need – exactly when it's needed. There is no trial or storm (externally or internally created) beyond what our Lord is capable of leading you through.
As you walk confidently and boldly into the week ahead, be assured in your identity. Know that in whatever situation you find yourself and Your Work (trial or challenge or just new territory), Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.
