Faith: Sowing Seeds for Success
As we head toward the fall season, I invite you to reflect upon the Biblical principle found in Galatians 6:9 –
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Know that the seeds you plant today will become the fruitful harvest of tomorrow. Consider planting seeds (and nurturing them) to be both a spiritual and practical investment.
Focus: Laying the Foundation

What shifts do you need to make—mentally, emotionally, with your time, attention, and focus—to flow in productivity, purpose, and profitability as we draw closer to year's end?
Write down what you will commit to putting into place within the next 7 days.
As we know, laying a solid foundation is essential for maximizing all things that flow forth. Our actions in September will influence our results in the heart of Q4 (e.g., Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas); therefore, we must invest our time wisely.
Flow: Aligning Actions and Aspirations
Let's take the faith we have plus the focus we've established and apply them to every area of our lives – (i) mental fortitude and (ii) Christ-centered business practices that honor and value our clients, customers, vendors, staff, and community through modeling the character of Christ in all things service and delivery.
When our daily actions align with Christ-centered values, we flow naturally in purpose, profit, abundance and grace.
A Prayer for Our Faithgineer Community
Dear God,
As we do the Work necessary to be purposeful and profitable in this season, may we not tire in our quest for excellence in all things. Ignite within us the passion to sow seeds of quality and nurture love in both our Work (with a capital W) in the marketplace and relationships. Help us to focus on what matters most and align our endeavors with Your divine will. May the upcoming months be a living testament to our divine flow of productivity, purpose, and profitability through the power of Holy Spirit.
