You were born to do it!

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:27

I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will [continue to] perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus [the time of His return. Philippians 1:6

Here's what true about YOU:

You were born to make the visions, ideas, and dreams that God placed in your heart a reality.

Your job:

Stay focused. Stay encouraged. Stay committed. Trust God and have full confidence that all things are working for your good, even when it doesn't seem so.

Here's what true about Work in our businesses and careers:

Things are sometimes going to go haywire, no matter how hard you've worked to have proper systems, processes, and procedures in place. Interruption happens to the best of us.

Founders, owners, and leaders who are driven by faith do not quit or otherwise give up, without first consulting with God and wise counsel to determine the best next course of action.

  • Stopping a project or initiative because (based on data and God's instructions), it is time to change course is not giving up.
  • Stopping a project or initiative because you feel bad, things don't look good, everything is not going your way, or not everyone agrees with you is giving up.

Christ-Centered, Biblically-Sound Business Thinking:

You are a FAITHgineer™ and FAITHgineers are no quitters.

Know and trust that so long as you do not give up, God will complete and perfect the good work He began in you.

It’s important to trust God everyday, even when we don’t feel like we are on track 100% with meeting our goals. Just the other day, I was having doubts, and feeling hopeless as one of my business deals fell through, but I remembered that God had my back! Later on, I realized that business deal wouldn’t have been good long term. It all worked out perfectly.
